     We sell merchandise at wholesale prices (wholesale to the public), perhaps the cheapest on the internet if not certainly close that in itself is a hard one to choke down.  There are websites that "sell for less" minus the astronomical fees in which they charge for shipping.  The Website was designed with the thought of ease of use, making it easy to find the products you are interested in.  Most Websites are complicated and difficult to find products in which you seek.  This will get easier on our site as time goes.  Just some of the points that make us the best:

     Yes, we offer no minimum drop shipping for all our customers at no extra cost.  If there is something you want to drop ship to someone just change the shipping address in the online checkout form; Furthermore if you would like to have a short message sent to the address eg.      It is very easy to order at Pixie's Treasures.  If you only want to purchase only one item then click "buy now".  If you are looking to purchase more then one item as most do, due to shipping rates on small orders.

    You can explore all the categories to the left.  When you have made your selection simply click add to cart then click "Back to shopping" which will return you to the page you were looking at before adding the item to the cart.  If you wish to delete an item from your shopping cart, click delete next to the appropriate item.  If you wish to edit the item quantity, change the value in your cart then click "Update Cart".  If you wish to continue shopping to see if there is anything else, you would like from our store then click "Back to shopping" on the bottom left.  When you are finished selecting the items you wish to order, click the "Verify order" then the "Checkout" link in your shopping cart and check out through the order form.  After you have placed the order, you will receive an e-mail from PayPal for the transaction weather using PayPal or a credit card.

     All prices in our web store are in US dollars.  You can pay by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American express, PayPal or E-Check Please allow 4 additional business days for processing an E-Check.  We do not offer any other method of payment.

     YES, at the minimum all personal data is encrypted by 128-bit SSL technology the highest commercially available and can be viewed by the padlock at the bottom of your browser.  Your details are 100% safe the shopping cart not only uses the same 128-bit SSL technology, it also uses PHP session ID's further securing your data making it one of, if not the most secure shopping sites on the internet.  Your credit card details are not available to us PayPal collects this information.  The only information we receive is your name and address to ship the products and for our Money Back Guarantee service.

     All products available at our site are ready to be shipped; rarely an item is out of stock or has been discontinued at our warehouse; if this happens your money will be refunded for these items, the rest of the order will be processed within 24 hours and shipped in 1 to 3 business days.  We also provide an estimate of when your order will arrive typically within 24 hours when your order is processed. We make a great effort to ensure that you are informed, and when your order is shipped!  Once your order is placed, you will get two emails from us:

#1: a e-mail confirming your order has been processed and an estimated delivery date.

#2: a e-mail Informing you your order has been shipped & UPS Tracking or DHL tracking numbers.

     We use United Postal Service to ship orders.  It provides fairly fast and inexpensive delivery.  In most cases, you will have your item(s) at your front door in 4 to 14 days including processing time by UPS ground, depending on the state you live in and as long as it isn't during a holiday.  DHL air delivery is 1 to 3 days including processing time.

     No, we ship only in the United States. We do not ship to other countries, FPO, AE, or Hawaii.  We will soon be adding Hawaii and Canada the shipping rates will be higher, as they will have to be shipped by air.

     Our cart was developed by the webmaster because PayPal our online credit card processor does not support flat-based shipping and percentages based shipping, and have lost money on placing orders in the past due to this.  They accept either flat-based shipping or percentage based but not both.  We do not make a penny on the cost of the items as we already charge 3 cents below what we can get it for where other sites mark this up as much as 3 times.  Our cost to ship an order under $25 is $10.50 as of Jan 1st, 2006 due to UPS raising thier rates because of fuel costs.  We charge $12.95 to cover the 3 cents + costs of credit card processing fees and a small profit.  The best way to overcome this is to order with a friend or two.  On orders over $25, our cost of shipping is 27%.  We also add a small percentage to this to cover costs of credit card processing fees and a small profit, which also helps to maintain and run this website.  There is no minimum to buy, however it is greatly beneficial to order in large quantity as the shipping is greatly reduced.

     The shopping cart is now online.  The purpose of this site is to move quantity; however, any sale is appreciated.  If you find the same item somewhere else cheaper with shipping feel free to email us we will make every effort to beat the price.  You get a real break on orders over $550 for those of you that retail 10% off the shipping.

     We have many store owners that order in great quantity from us and attribute greater then 50% of thier profits are from the products they order from us; typically placing orders of at least $1000 at a time.

     Now that the cart is running, we have plans for adding DHL Air shipping.  The cost for Air shipping is substantially higher but typically arrives a day or two after the order is processed.

     CA residents add 8.25% sales tax, AZ residents add 5.6%.

     Already wanting to place an order why not add a set of Catalogs to be added to your order.  We also carry a wide variety of brochures and tools to help you make money re-selling our products.  We will be providing detailed information on how to do this in the future.  Please be patient, as details will become available.

     Absolutely provided the order has not been processed.  If it has been processed or shipped you will have to wait until your item(s) arrives which you can ship back for 100% refund minus the cost of the shipping.  You can view our Return Policy.  If you wish to cancel an order, please send an E-mail to the sales department.
